Communication for Turbo-charged ResultsThis program teaches managers and project team members how to maximize the productivity of teams. The highly interactive "Directive Communication" based workshop gives participants the psychological tools needed to understand one another at the most basic level of brain action. They will learn how to decode each team members physical way of processes information and how that affects perceptions of attitude toward work and others. This foundation allows a deep understanding and respect for the attributes, strengths, and weaknesses of each team member and sets the awareness to become more sensitive of how to work better together in a cross-functional processes.
