This program teaches managers and project team members how to maximize the productivity of teams. The highly interactive "Directive Communication" based workshop gives participants the psychological tools needed to understand one another at the most basic level of brain action. They will learn how to decode each team members physical way of processes information and how that affects perceptions of attitude toward work and others. This foundation allows a deep understanding and respect for the attributes, strengths, and weaknesses of each team member and sets the awareness to become more sensitive of how to work better together in a cross-functional processes. Team leaders will develop the ability to better assess team members and have a greater understanding of their decision making process.

Team Talk concentrates on the people to make the most of their natural gifts and teaches strategies to set up a supportive environment that promotes the individual as well as the team. This leads to the creation of an environment of personal relationships that communicate at a profound professional level.
